Standards for Quality Soccer (SQS)

Big Country Soccer Association (BCSA) is committed to youth developmental soccer that focuses on providing appropriate, safe, enjoyable, accessible, inclusive, and a welcoming playing environment for all participants.  In fulfilling this commitment, BCSA has developed its characteristics and behaviors that meet the Standards for Quality Soccer (SQS) and is recognized by Alberta Soccer Association.

The three primary categories that BCSA has developed policies, governances, and guidelines to meet the SQS requirements are in the areas of:

1. Governance

2. Administration Requirements

3. Technical Application of Youth Development in the sport of soccer
